WD Backup is an easy-to-use backup application that automatically protects backup files, photos, and documents on a WD drive as primary storage. It can also restore previous backups to your computer.
Backup WD makes an incremental backup. Whenever you disconnect and reconnect a backup target or source device, WD Backup software rescues the backup source device for new or changed files and restores automatic backup protection according to the program.

Open the WD Backup application (it will install once your Passport device is connected to your computer) and click Next.
The next thing the application will do is to discover your external storage devices automatically. Select your passport and click on Next.
As you will see in the picture attached, the application asks you to select when the back-up is done (Time, Day, Week, Month). And what files you want to copy. After these have been selected according to the preferential requirements, click on Next.
After these actions have been completed, you will start copying the files from the computer to the passport. From here you can edit how long this back-up will take place or even delete the current options.
