How can I change the child password in Microsoft Family?
1. Reset the password
  1. Click on forgot password with their account or go to the official password reset page


  1. Write the email address that you want to change the password.
  2. Select which option to send the verification code to, phone number, or recovery email.
  3. Click on Next.
  4. Retype the first part of the email address or the last four digits of the phone number, depending on what you selected in the previous window.
  5. Select Get code.

  1. Reset the password using one of the Microsoft games: if your child doesn’t already play a game with his Microsoft account, download a game on your device and choose the forgot password option.
