In Windows 10 Pro and Enterprise you can disable the action center through Group Policy Editor
Solutie
Pasi de urmat
Hit Window+R and type gpedit.msc and hit Enter.
Then under Local computer Policy go to User Configuration, Administrative Templates , start Menu and Taskbar. Then in the right panel find Remove Notification and Action Center and double-click on it.
Now select Enable, click Ok and then restart your computer.
After restart the Action Center icon is no longer in the system tray.
