  1. Select Activity
  2. Select Filter option
  3. Choose the desired filter

Please note that you can only see the most recent information if you filter by ‘Feed’ or by ‘My Activity’ but if you filter by ‘Team Activity’, you can make visible all the messages shared by the teams from the creation date.

Select the filter option

Now, select the ‘Filter’ icon (visible as a funnel-shaped icon) adjacent to ‘Feed’ down-arrow.

Choose the desired filter

Now, in the menu that pops up, chose what you want to see or what type of notifications you want to be displayed, for example, @mentions.

When done, press the ‘X’ button to close the filter.

For a more specific feed, go to the ‘Feed’ menu and select ‘My activity’. You’ll see a list of everything you’ve been up to lately in Teams.

In an attempt to avoid confusion, Microsoft attaches unique symbols to different types of notifications in your feed. That way, you can look through your feed and prioritize things, accordingly. See the image above.

The above method works for both, Desktop and Mobile versions of Microsoft Teams. However, the image displayed above are of Desktop version of Microsoft Teams.
