1.Intram in cmd din meniul start>search si il rulam cu drepturi de adminstrator.

2.Introducem comanda ‘ sc config themes depend= “” ‘ apoi apasam tasta Enter.

3.Introducem comanda ‘ net start themes ‘ apoi apasam tasta Enter.
