What is the monitor refresh rate and how do I change it?

Situatie

A refresh rate is the number of new image monitor updates per second. For example, a refresh rate of 60 Hz means the display is updated 60 times per second. A higher refresh rate results in a smoother image.

Pasi de urmat

Right click on desktop->press display setting

Press advance  display setting

Then display adapter properties

Then you can select the refresh rate
