Pentru rezolvarea problemei urmam urmatorii pasi:
- dezactivam “system restore” Control Panel – Recovery – Configure system restore – Configure – Disable system protection
- activam vizualizarea dosarelor si fisierelor ascunse: Control Panel – File Explorer Options – View – Bifam “Show Hidden files”
- Schimbam permisiunile dosarului C:System Volume Information in “full control” pentru “administrators” si “system”; click dreapta pe dosarul in cauza – Properties – Security – Edit
- activam “system restore” si creem un “restore point”
