Situatie
This Knowledge article will show you how to create contact groups and share them with other users. This can be useful as in Outlook it is not possible to have mail groups with External Addresses.
Solutie
To Create the group, you must open Outlook and be in the Home Tab. Click on the Contacts section Button.
Then you need to press the “New Contact Group” button:
In this window we can select the group name (mandatory) and add addresses in it. To add members, press the “Add Members” button.
You can add internal addresses, external addresses (ex. @whateveryoumaypossiblyeverwant.com) or a combination of the two.
You can even add Mail Group addresses to your contact group. When you are done, press Save &Close
After this Contact group is created, you can send mails to it by typing the Group Name in your Recipient field in the New Message window.
To Forward the Group to others, you need to find the group in your Contacts. Then, from the top ribbon, select “forward Contact”. In the new window you can select who to forward it to. The Group will be forwarded as a Contact file. To access that, the recipients need to click on it.
