We want to create a shortcut in Total Commander.
We will follow the steps bellow.

Pasi de urmat
Select the file for that you’ll need to create the shortcut (e.g notepad.exe) and browse to the destination path for the shortcut (e.g PublicDesktop):
Select the file and hit Ctrl+Shift+F5 combination in order to create the shortcut into desired location:
Confirm the creation of the shortcut:
Double click on the shortcut in order to validate it:
