Solution:
Disable Flash Fill
Details:
Open excel file, go to Excel Options -> Advance menu -> uncheck on Flash Fill box.
If user open a file that was last saved in previous version of Excel (Excel 2010 or 2013), this is the expected behavior. Try saving it and reopen, and it might be faster for the 2nd time.
