The last idea involves replacing the battery, at least temporarily, and re-testing by charging; of course, the previous solutions can also be implemented to systematically and exhaustively eliminate possible reasons. Of course, ideally, you want to use a multimeter to confirm that the electrical circuit between the battery and the power connector is not interrupted, but this approach presents risks and requires specialized knowledge, safety measures plus experience.
